Initial Planning Session
There is no cost for this service. Over a short phone call or a few texts, I'll get a very general idea of what your needs are. We decide together on a customized service plan and confirm the schedule.
Guided Goal Setting
Reminder services are interactive and adaptable. I'm a real person, not an app or alarm. When either of us has an idea to improve your success, we'll chat about it along the way and adjust the process.

Strategy Sessions and Urgent Event Support is kind of like putting on prescription glasses. Nothing really changes, and I have every confidence you would have figured it out yourself eventually anyway. I just help you notice things in your peripherals, and less obvious details about what's right in front of you. This leads to epiphanies and increased confidence.
